Crystal
To maintain the brilliance and sparkle of your crystal, we recommend the following:
- ALWAYS wash by hand in warm water, using any suitable household detergent and a plastic washing up bowl.
- ALWAYS dry while still warm, using a clean, dry cloth.
- ALWAYS hold the glass by the bowl, not the stem.
- ALWAYS wash items one at a time to avoid chipping.
- ALWAYS wash flower vases and decanters regularly to avoid staining.
- ALWAYS remove diamond rings before washing or drying crystal.
- ALWAYS stand glasses upright - never on the rim, the most delicate part of the glass.
- NEVER use flower food in a crystal vase.
- NEVER expose crystal to boiling water or to the freezer.
- NEVER stack one glass inside another.
- NEVER wash in a dishwasher.
- NEVER force an obstinate decanter stopper (remove it by warming the neck of the decanter with a hot cloth
