Crystal

To maintain the brilliance and sparkle of your crystal, we recommend the following:

• ALWAYS wash by hand in warm water, using any suitable household detergent and a plastic washing up bowl.
• ALWAYS dry while still warm, using a clean, dry cloth.
• ALWAYS hold the glass by the bowl, not the stem.
• ALWAYS wash items one at a time to avoid chipping.
• ALWAYS wash flower vases and decanters regularly to avoid staining.
• ALWAYS remove diamond rings before washing or drying crystal.
• ALWAYS stand glasses upright - never on the rim, the most delicate part of the glass.
• NEVER use flower food in a crystal vase.
• NEVER expose crystal to boiling water or to the freezer.
• NEVER stack one glass inside another.
• NEVER wash in a dishwasher.
• NEVER force an obstinate decanter stopper (remove it by warming the neck of the decanter with a hot cloth
