Every item you buy is fully protected by our guarantee. We also offer a price matching where if you find the same product cheaper within 14 days we will refund the difference.
Special order requirements
If you would like to order and then have your goods sent at a later date or to a different address it's no problem.
Gift vouchers
For those special occasions treat a friend or family to Vokins vouchers, available in values of £5, £10 and £20 denominations.
Delivery
Everything is handled with care and pride. We offer free local delivery on all purchases over £100. Free assembly of beds, although there is a small charge for assembling pine beds and bedsteads.
Next day delivery
Our normal service is fast, however, if for any reason you need to guarantee next day delivery*, we offer that too. Simply place your order before 12 noon from Monday to Thursday and we will despatch your parcel by NEXT DAY DELIVERY. There is a suppliement of £10 within Sussex. We will be pleased to quote for deliveries outside the Sussex area.
The cost of this service, irrespective of parcel size or weight, is a supplement of £4, over and above our normal postage and packing rates. Orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. All overnight parcels will need to be signed for on delivery.
